                                    ARAWATA  MARKET DAYS

 

                        Information & Registration Form

 

St   St John’s Church now hosts a Farmers Market with Arts & Crafts stalls on  the 4th Saturday of each month on our Arawata Street frontage

(op oppposite Ingham Honda Motors) in Te Awamutu.  This is an opportunity for individuals and organisations to sell high quality

fre fresh produce, deli  goods, baking, plants,  locally produced clothing, woodwork and a huge range of other arts and crafts.

Ple please note that  no imported or second hand goods are sold at this market. We currently have 45 stalls registered, with others booked to start selling in coming

mo months. Use of a Gazebo or similar shelter is recommended.

 

Please note the following rules for the hire of a stall site:

 

(1)    The Market Days will operate from 8am – 1pm on the 4th  Saturday of each month until  further notice. Stall holders must set up by 8am and stay until 1pm, unless sold out of wares.   

 

(2)    Stallholders to  unload vehicle/trailer and park in carpark before setting up your stall.

 

(3)    Only Farmers Market stalls and Arts & Crafts will be allowed to be sold at this market.

 

(4)    No stalls selling second hand goods  or  imported goods will be permitted.

 

(5)    All goods for sale must be well presented, and of a high quality. (Cakes and other baking to be covered in clingfilm)

 

(6)    A Stall Site cost: a donation of $10 per day paid before the Market Day. (Usually paid at the previous Market Day to reserve your stall site)

 

(7)    Your Stall Site will be confirmed for the next Market Day once the Stall Application

       form below ( can be copied & pasted ), and payment has been received at the Parish Office, PO Box 38, Te Awamutu.  

(8)    Stall holders must completely clear their stall site at the conclusion of the Market Day,

remove all rubbish, and leave the site clean and tidy. 

 

(9)    Failure to abide by any of these rules will lead to the stall holders’ loss of opportunity to

       run  another stall at this Market Day.

 

(10) St John’s Parish takes no responsibility for the theft of goods, or any damage to goods or

       personal effects occurring at these Market Days.
