The regatta will be governed by the “Rules” as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008
Open to all Centreboards yachts
Any boat modification to be declared on entry
Entry fee of $20 (adult classes), $10 (youth classes) to be paid on day
- • Divisions
Five or more boats of a class will constitute a fleet
Times for the open divisions will be adjusted by Weymouth Yardstick handicaps
Registration: 8.00 to 10.00 hours Briefing: 10.00 hours
Racing: Due to start 10.45 hours. Four races are scheduled. All races to count.
Sailing instructions will be available at registration
Courses sailed: Trapezoid, or W/L or triangle W/L (notified at briefing)
Scoring: Low points scoring system.
Prize presentation: at the completion of racing.
- • Venue: Lake Ngaroto
Heading north from Te Awamutu on State Highway 3 (approx 2kms) turn left into Ngaroto Road, right into Paterangi Road and right into Bank Road.
A BBQ lunch is available, drinks, chocolates etc are available from the Club shop.
